Refund Policy

Last updated: July 24, 2026

1. Overview

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except in the circumstances described below. You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Settings; cancelling stops future renewals, but it does not refund the current billing period, and you keep access until that period ends.

2. When we do refund

  • The service was unavailable or unusable due to an outage or defect on our end for a significant part of the billing period you were charged for.
  • You were charged in error — for example, billed twice for the same period, or charged after you had already cancelled.
  • A refund is required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

3. When we don't

  • You simply changed your mind, forgot to cancel, or didn't use the plan you were charged for.
  • Partial-month refunds for downgrading or cancelling partway through a billing period.
  • Dissatisfaction with a feature, an AI-generated draft, or a third-party service Revynto depends on (e.g. Google, our AI provider) that isn't itself an outage of Revynto.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@revynto.com with your account email and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle, our Merchant of Record for all purchases, and may take a few business days to appear depending on your bank.

5. Paddle as Merchant of Record

All payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the reseller and Merchant of Record for your purchase. Paddle appears as the merchant on your card or bank statement and processes all refunds we approve. You can also contact Paddle directly regarding a charge; see their buyer terms for details.
